This quest for perfect waves has transformed the surfer into a real traveller, an explorer. Our goal is to offer a full & essential range of services to optimize your surf researchs.
Every useful services gathered in only one app : scheduling a trip, localize the good places through geo-tracking system, the local surf forecasts or looking for organized surfcamps all over the globe and even more !
Much more than just an app, our goal is to create a real community, to better up from everyone’s experiences all the services of SurfingWays.
Our Story
SurfingWays is born and inspired from an observation, a frustration… as often for projects like this !
The concept is born in a Breton’s head, Cédric, while planning one of his surftrips. Facing difficulties to find good places in some countries, and been forced to multiply the sources to be sure to get a valid information. The idea started from there.
It would be nice to create a 360° platform with all the essential informations, reachable from tablets or mobile, with or without internet connection.
Our Commitment
All the places, organized surfcamps, information & photos are verified and validated by our team before being published.
At SurfingWays, we choose quality rather than quantity.
That’s why all the surf spots you will find here, as well as the « best conditions » details, are based on informations we had from local riders. There are no mass data insertion or automate work.
We give few keys but you’ll still have to discover everything by yourself along the way, as a real explorer. And of course, no « secret » spot revealed here.
We can’t forget the protection of our playing fields : seas, oceans and local wildlife.
So we chose to set up our own strategy to support local environnemental projects.
